Today after Me and the kids went to lunch with Grandma and Grandpa, I put them down for a nap and started cooking. I made a complete mess but ended with four yummy looking meals. I freeze them and all I have to do is pop them in the oven when I don't have time to cook. Which is pretty much every night! Today I made, 2 Rice Casseroles, Kathy's Casserole, and Chicken N Rice.

Hi Brenda, I just found your blog today. I didn't know that you guys all had blogs up in Idaho, and Meri said that Momsie likes to look at them all. So I thought I would check them all out. I am so glad that I get to see all of the cousins from Idaho, your kids are getting so big, and are soooo cute.
P.S. That is such a good idea with the dinner thing, I should really do that.
