Camping in the Yurt

At the beginning of August we went and camped out in a yurt. It was so much fun. It rained most of the time, but that didn't stop us to....
Eat smores, have a dance party, hike in the rain, games, and taking lots of pictures.
We had so much fun we can't wait till next year.

Wow does time fly. Oscar turned for years old this month. Its amazing how much he has grown the past four years. Here are a few facts for 2009

Oscar 2009
1. Oscar like to wear his pants, shirt, and underwear on backwards, with his shoes on the wrong feet. If you tell him they are on wrong he responds "I like it this way"
2. Oscars favorite color is red
3. Oscar loves to eat Spaghetti mixed with corn.
4. Phrase of the year "Oh darn et"
5. favorite movie Swiss Family Robinson
6. Oscar like to have dance parties, we dance to Hannah Montana "Hoe down, throw down"
7. Oscar want to be a fire fighter, and a garbage man when he grows up
8. He want to buy a house with stairs
9. Oscar's best friend his Emily... He calls her "Em" and She calls him "Osc"
10. Oscar cries when its time to leave home, but cries when its time to come home.

1 Year Remission

I am a little behind on my posts. On July 8, 2008 Colby was diagnosed with cancer. He has been in remission for 1 year now. That is exciting news for us. He is still showing no other signs of cancer and all scans come back normal.
